We’ll send over an email to gather all the information, theme, colors and artwork you have so we can create your custom photo booth print and content designs.
(We can also start this earlier if all your materials are complete and ready)

To which you’ll be able to select your design or let us know for any changes to which we’ll update and refine till you’re satisfied.

Backdrop options presented
With the design confirmed we’ll mock up your requested backdrop along with any other suitable backdrops that match the design and theme for you to select from.

Custom Design + Backdrop confirmed
We’ll then send the remaining balance invoice which is due 14 days prior to your event.
2 weeks out from your event
Liaise with your venue and you (our client)
We’ll get in touch with your venue coordinator to ensure our setup times are all correct we’ll also email confirmation to you the week of your event just to let you know we can’t wait!

The EVENT
Setup at the venue
We prep and test everything prior to your event, load up the van and then head to your venue to setup at the arranged time.

When photo booth operation finishes, we’ll packdown our setup and depart
